Audry Excéption Fine Champagne Cognac

After the closure of the Audry estate in the 1950s, Bernard Boisson decided to blend his older stocks once more in 1978 creating a series of bespoke Fine Champagne Cognacs. This Audry Excéption is the ultimate expression of this Cognac house and their blending savoir faire.

The oldest and finest of Audry’s blended series of Cognac, this enticing blend is a beautiful marriage of Grande and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie, aged between 40-60 years. These stocks were hand selected by their cellar master to create this extraordinarily rare cognac.

Distilled with Charentais alembic copper stills, the exquisite expression of the terroir was captured with the stills’ swan neck pipe, which then infused and rested for six decades with the tannins from the rich oak barrels.
