Audry Mémorial Fine Champagne Cognac

An exquisite blend of extremely well aged eaux-de-vie of nothing younger than 30 years and up to 60 years of age. A rare and rich Cognac with buttery notes, a beautiful result from both the Grande and Petite Champagne region.

This blend was first made in 1978 containing eaux-de-vie from Réserve selection of the cellar, blending 60% of grapes from Grande Champagne and 40% from Petite Champagne then rested for decades in oak barrels from the Limousin and Tronçais forests. With only an extremely limited number of bottles released per year, Audry puts their full attention on their quality.

Tasting Note

Nose: Rich aromatic bouquet of fresh apples, sweet spices, roasted coffee beans, tobacco and rancio.

Palate: Full bodied and rich with notes of star anise, liquorice, and violets. Complex flavours with hints of oak and butter.

Finale: Smooth with a lingering honeyed note
