Crafted with exceptionally small lots of single origin vintages at least 60 years old and bottled at cask strength with no added sugar or reduced with water, undergoing a natural process of reduction by extremely slow evaporation. Très Ancienne shows surprising vigor and regional character with a remarkably rich, complex bouquet and an astonishingly long finish.
Audry is a small artisan cognac house founded in 1878 by the great-great-grandfather of the current owner and reported as the best cognac by Time Magazine in 2005. In the early 1950s, the Audry house stopped selling cognac yet still holding some of Audry’s oldest stocks in their reserve.
