An independent bottling distilled in 1983 at Caol Ila Distillery, Islay and then slowly matured in refill casks without excessive oak influence. Bottled in 2018 by Wilson & Morgan, founded in Italy in 1992 by Fabio Rossi, son of a prolific Scotch Whisky importer.

Tasting Note:

Nose: Pleasing aromas of waxed honey and herbs with a hint of propolis. Moderately peated.

Palate: Powerful yet tamed flavours of Islay origins with smokey notes and malty sweetness, followed by flavours of beeswax and pepper with a hint of tannin.

Finale: A refined and lingering finish with a smokey tannic texture.
