Caroni 21 Years 1997 Davidoff of Geneva Exclusive Trinidad Rum

An extremely sought-after, vintage rare rum from the renowned Caroni Distillery in Trinidad. Distilled in 1997 and bottled at cask strength in 2018 exclusively for Davidoff of Geneva since 1911 by one of the most premium independent cask bottlers, Craigton Packaging in Scotland.

Caroni Distillery was established in the early 20th Century as a single estate distillery with its own sugar plant, equipped with both column and pot stills making heavy rums with distinctive singular styles. Closed in 2002, making this, one of the last Caroni rums available.

Nose: Tropical aromas of peach and pineapple with notes of coffee, musty oak, liquorice and stewed Christmas pudding
