Crafted with premium eaux-de-vie (minimum 10 years of age) from various regions in France including Grande and Petite Champagne regions. A harmonic expression of the terroirs exuding complex yet fruity aromas of spices, oak, and an underlying earthy and leathery flavour.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Sweet aromas of plums, prunes, liquorice and honey, with a hint of red cedar and cloves.

Palate: Jammy flavours on the palate with notes of peaches, plums, honey, and oak. Balanced with powerful touches of wood, walnut and leather.

Finale: A long and persistent finish with sweet spices.
