“Liga Privada” means private blend, a series that was initially crafted for the founders to enjoy themselves. Once it was released into the public, it became one of the most sought after limited edition series amongst aficionados. Hundreds of unique and distinctive blends were crafted just for this series to be released as the perfect smoke. Many blends were dismissed, although only the rare blends deemed worthy however due to limitations, some of these fantastic blends couldn’t be made into their own standalone line therefore are housed under “Unico Serie”.

Featuring a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper, Brazilian Mata Fina binder and filler tobaccos from Nicaragua and Honduras. A toned down blend of the Dirty Rat, this Velvet Rat was first released in 2012, which quickly became a well sought-aftet cigar within the Liga Privada series.

Enticing aromas of earth, leather and dark chocolate chip cookies that intertwine with the intense flavours flowing through the second third. A well rounded spicy finish exuding black pepper, oak and a touch of fruity sweetness.
