Tasting Note:

Nose: Initial spiced apple flavours with intense sweet spices of vanilla oak, bakewell tart and cooked cherries

Palate: Velvety mouthfeel with cinnamon spice mingled with peaty smoke and a touch of seaweed salinity. 

Finale: Long finish with lingering notes of Christmas cake and coal ash.
